PrideStaff, a recruiting firm specializing in staffing for Central Oregon businesses, is seeking a Forklift Operator for a company in Redmond. A successful candidate for this position will have a high attention to detail, FL experience and good math skills.

This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door with a dynamic and growing company. This position is full time, Monday-Friday 06 : 00am-3 : 30pm.

Job duties may include :

• Operate a forklift, pallet jack (manual or electric)
• Moving materials within the warehouse to facilitate production
• Receiving materials and parts in the computer system
• Examine content and compare with records, invoices, purchase orders
• Responsible for loading and unloading material and parts
• Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality requirements
• Ensure production rates are met and exceeded
• Detect damaged or nonconforming materials or parts
• Communicate with management, Production Control, Quality and other shop personnel
• Maintain clean, safe and organized work space and warehouse
• Perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment
• Completes all required safety procedures prior to and during operations
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

Supervision : This position has supervision. Teamwork is essential to work towards a common goal. Basic working conditions : The employee must have their own method of dependable transportation and work full time. The employee must be able to work successfully in a team. The employee must be able to stand, stoop, or crouch for long periods of time.
