Job description

Job Title : Logistics and Transportation Coordinator

Location : Bothell, WA

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage inbound goods receipt, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. Update transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP tool.
  • Oversee storage processes, including stock counts and movements, while maintaining high-quality standards and updating inventory in the WMS or ERP tool.
  • Handle outbound picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Update relevant transactions in the WMS or ERP tool.
  • Conduct daily checks of data interfaces between SAP, Transport Management System, and WMS for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians for equipment calibration and preventive maintenance, ensuring safety standards are met.
  • Support inbound logistics by coordinating with carriers for dock scheduling and inspecting incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies.

Skills Required :

  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and inventory management.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

    • Education and Experience :

  • High School Diploma or Vocational Education required.
  • No prior experience required, but 5 years of experience in a warehouse setting, especially in a regulated industry, is preferred.
