As the kids head back to class, it's the perfect time to start a rewarding new role. Emerest Health of PA is hiring compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides in the Latrobe, PA area.

Requirements :

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must Pass Criminal Background Check
  • Negative PPD 2 Step tuberculosis skin test (TB) and / or willing to obtain
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from client's home

    • Job Responsibilities :

  • Light Housekeeping - Laundry, dishes, vacuuming, etc.
  • Companionship - Games, reading and socialization, etc.
  • Medication reminders - Remind and assist our clients with their medications
  • Meal Preparation - Assist our clients with daily nutrition / meals
  • Errands and shopping - Could include assisting our clients with grocery shopping / appointments
  • Personal Care - Could include bathing assistance, dressing, feeding, toileting and incontinence care
  • Please note : Our definition of remote is to acknowledge that our employee's work within the home of a client. This is not a work from home role.
