We are seeking a warm and friendly person as a full-time, on-site Legal Secretary / Clerk. The
position includes administrative duties, client communication and a support role assisting our
Attorneys and back-office team. The right person for this position will be organized and detail
oriented with good follow-through, patient and sensitive with clients and staff, and someone
who likes to keep learning in a fast-paced environment.
Our attorneys and staff are wonderful and work well together to provide our clients with a
quality experience we can be proud of. If you are someone who takes initiative and wants to

Responsibilities
Administration, Probate matters and Deeds.
client inquiries
benefit confirmation, mail, printing services etc.
Qualifications
clients and staff
edit and format complex documents. Experience with CRMs or AbacusLaw a plus.
