Licensing :

State License(s) : Willing to assist in obtaining licensure in the state of Kansas if necessary.

Certifications :

Required : Training in Emergency Medicine (EM), Internal Medicine (IM), and Family Medicine (FM).

DEA Registration : Required for prescribing controlled substances.
