Sr. Financial Analyst - FP&A

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Financial Analyst supports the financial planning and analysis efforts for our North America organization. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for developing forecasts, analyzing financial performance, leading process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be highly organized, and be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• This is an ONSITE position in Latham, NY or Cincinnati, OH

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with operational goals.

Support the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.

Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and profitability.

Use reporting and analysis to influence business decisions.

Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting tools, and data accuracy.

Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
