This role supports the Director of Nursing with administrative functions such as staffing, scheduling, education, auditing, and on-call duties, while promoting a caring culture.

• Current WV RN license
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking

• Flexibility to work any shift
• Ability to work independently on the floor with nurses
