Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Cultivation Manager and Cultivation Supervisor, the IPM tech will ensure successful crop results through exceptional control over insects, disease, weeds and pathogens.
The successful candidate will be experienced in pest prevention / pesticide applications and have in-depth knowledge of field scouting, monitoring threshold levels, documenting, tracking and reporting trends and prescribing corrective measures.
The IPM tech will effectively communicate with internal / external customers and utilize good problem-solving skills to determine prioritization of workload and tasks to deliver proven results. Candidate will have experience supervising multiple employees over a vast area, managing timelines and executing tasks.
