RoyPow is seeking a motivated HR Assistant with a background in recruitment and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for recruiting and employee relations.
- Administer onboarding and exit processing, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).1-2 years of HR experience, with a focus on recuitment and employee relations.Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity).Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Benefits :
