Project Engineer - Multifamily Construction - Denver, CO

Multifamily Construction / Development Group currently seeking a Project Engineer in Denver, Colorado. This position will report to the Project Manager. This individual will work with cost data, scheduling activities and perform general engineering duties.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Submittals, quantities / procurement, and general scheduling at the job site
• Supervision of job engineers who assist the Project Engineer in his primary responsibilities
• Scheduling of subcontractors
• Liaison to field supervision including internal superintendents and foremen as well as those of subcontractors
• Assist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions during the pursuit of work
