We're looking for a Media Buyer who blends data-driven strategy with hands-on execution and thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
As a Media Buyer at Viqtory, you'll plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns that deliver high-quality leads and strong ROI. You'll work across programmatic, native, display, search, and paid social channels, using data, automation, and AI tools to elevate performance. This position is ideal for someone who loves testing new ideas, digging into analytics, and continuously improving campaign results.
In this role, you'll manage full-funnel paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Taboola, Outbrain, and Revcontent. You'll create and execute strategies that attract qualified leads, refine campaigns through ongoing testing, and optimize for key performance metrics including CPC, CPL, CTR, CVR, and ROI. You'll also oversee annual budgets exceeding $1M, ensuring every dollar is allocated efficiently.
Collaboration will be a core part of your work. You'll partner with our Creative, AI, and Automation teams to test new messaging, creative variations, and audience strategies. Using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Power BI, you'll analyze performance data and identify opportunities to scale. You'll also help uncover new traffic sources-from emerging ad networks to programmatic exchanges-to diversify and grow our reach.
A key part of this role is maintaining data accuracy, brand safety, and compliance. You'll produce detailed campaign reports and create actionable optimization plans. As you gain insights, you'll also document and share your findings to improve Viqtory's Paid Media Playbook, supporting team-wide training and long-term scalability.
Success in this role centers on driving qualified leads at or below target cost-per-lead goals while improving SQL volume, return engagement, and conversion rates. You'll be responsible for optimizing budget allocation for maximum profitability and ensuring alignment between paid media, organic content, and automated workflows to deliver a unified funnel experience. Innovation matters, too-you'll experiment with new platforms, tools, and performance technologies to keep Viqtory ahead of the curve.
To excel here, you should have at least five years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across programmatic, native, display, search, and social channels. You should be comfortable running high-volume campaigns and managing budgets of $1M or more. A strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance optimization is essential, as is proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, and Revcontent. Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools will help you succeed.
