Staff QA Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff QA Engineer to lead the design and implementation of testing strategies for software products.

Key Responsibilities :

Spearhead the development and refinement of QA strategies, including test cases and procedures

Conduct manual testing and ensure all features meet quality standards

Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand requirements and maintain product quality

Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role

Some proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages

Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies

Experience with performance, scalability, and stress testing

Ability to assess risks associated with product releases
