A company is looking for a Green Building Certification Specialist to manage the certification process for sustainable building projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the certification process for various green building rating systems

Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate sustainable design principles and conduct feasibility studies

Collect, review, and submit documentation to ensure compliance with green building standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field preferred

Professional accreditation in green building rating systems (e.g., LEED AP, PHIUS, HERS)

3+ years of experience in green building certifications or sustainable design consulting

Strong knowledge of sustainable construction practices, materials, and technologies

Professional certifications such as CEM, CEA, HPBDP, MFBA, BEMP, and BESA are highly desirable
