We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will support clients with their insurance needs, process carrier requests, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This position offers a positive and supportive environment where you will work closely with a small team that values transparency, open communication, and mutual trust.

  • Base pay of $22-$28 per hour based on experience
  • 25-30 hours per week (closer to 30 hours)
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Flexible schedule
  • Hands-on training and mentorship
  • Monday-Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off

Responsibilities

  • Complete client requests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Process carrier requests and maintain documentation
  • Answer phone calls and assist clients with inquiries
  • Respond to client emails promptly and professionally
  • Track and manage client and carrier data
  • Navigate carrier software and internal systems with confidence
  • Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • At least 1 year of prior customer service experience in a Property & Casualty insurance-based role
  • Strong interpersonal skills with empathy for client needs
  • Proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new software
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
