Caregiver

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Must have at least one year of experience with in home care, private-duty home care setting, community, or have at lease one year of verifiable work experience in an unrelated field and if in an employed state where necessary, have successfully completed a Home Health Aide Training course.
• Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate in English, and / or the predominate language of the population being serviced and must be able to read and write.
• Pass the Spring Hills Home Care Services Competency Evaluation
• Demonstrates competency in performing all tasks
• Pass a criminal background
• Meet all medical requirements
• Have reliable transportation and method of communication
• Is punctual, dependable and demonstrates sound judgement
