What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help support a secure environment within the residential location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues during patrols and communicate these to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials when required, and addressing any unauthorized individuals appropriately.

Work closely with residents, visitors, and property management to address questions, provide assistance, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift in accordance with Allied Universal policies and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
