As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the property, offering support to visitors and employees. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols and training.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter security-related incidents and unauthorized activity.

Monitor for unusual activity or potential risks within the premises, including both interior and exterior areas.

Document and report security-related observations and incidents according to Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Support access control protocols by observing and reporting any concerns regarding authorized and / or unauthorized personnel.

Collaborate with on-site personnel and Allied Universal management to support a secure environment, adapting to the unique needs of a tech, media, and telecom location.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Possession of a valid guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
