As the first and last face our guests see, you set the tone for their entire dining experience. Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests as they enter the restaurant
- Manage waitlist and walk-in seating
- Lead guests to their table and present menus
- Provide basic menu knowledge
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Manage takeout / pickup orders
- Answer phones and input orders in POS
- Communicate guest requests to the team and support servers during busy times
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests excited to come back
