Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $176,300.00 to $293,800.00. This role is incentive eligible.

Position Details

The Director of Engineering in Customer Order is an engineering leader responsible for the transformation of some of our most critical systems. You have a strong background in modern software delivery and can guide creation and priority of features and capabilities through leadership, execution, facilitating communication, and understanding the boundaries of their specific domain applying their technical mindset. Leading in this space requires a strong grasp of cloud‑native distributed systems and a passion for transformational change.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Product Engineering. This is a hybrid role based in our Chicago Offices.

You Will

You will manage a team of Senior Engineering Managers, Engineering Managers, and Senior Staff Engineers.

You will partner with product and business stakeholders to shape the vision for Customer Order technology and collaborate early and often with architecture, engineering peers, and product management. You’ll drive continuous improvement of our processes at a domain level and ensure we’re investing in growing and nurturing the right skills and culture in our teams.
