Primary Care Provider Nurse Practitioner Physicians Assistant

We are seeking a primary care provider for our Direct Primary Care Center

We are a small, family-owned, private medical practice. We have two locations in Chattanooga and Cleveland.
Our DPC Center is open five days a week, values ample time spent with the patient (typically 30-60 minute office visits), and provides quality primary care services (including minor procedures, hormone replacement therapies, and weight loss injections) for our patients.
The DPC model is insurance-free, relying on a flat rate monthly subscription fee to cover unlimited office visits. We have set up low self pay rates for labs, and we have an in-house pharmacy with highly affordable medications. Patients with insurance can use it to pay for medications and labs if they wish, but patients do not need to have insurance to use our services.

We are seeking a compassionate medical provider who values quality care, disease prevention, teamwork, and can operate on their own without constant supervision in a small group setting.
