A company is looking for a Manager, Talent Strategy (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and manage execution across functions and geographies
Lead urgent hiring initiatives and manage workforce transitions for decommissioned sites
Design onboarding programs for new recruiters and track effectiveness of early talent initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive clinician recruitment / sourcing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated sourcing experience and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Experience with ATS and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience
