Intake Coordinator

As an Intake Coordinator, you will manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, handle high-volume calls and messages, schedule clinician appointments, and process DME orders. Onsite presence Tuesday to Saturday is required.
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to switch between different responsibilities seamlessly and prioritize tasks based on deadlines to ensure all critical aspects of the intake process are addressed promptly.
- Handle incoming calls and messages in a high-volume environment related to new patient intake, addressing inquiries from existing patients, and communicating with various healthcare providers regarding patient information.
- Schedule and coordinate clinician appointments and blood draws efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct outbound calls to patients, patient representatives, and healthcare providers to relay updates and share important information concerning the patient's care.
- Handle Durable Medical Equipment (DME) orders and follow-ups, ensuring timely and accurate processing and coordination with vendors and patients.
- Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple platforms, ensuring accurate information is maintained and updated across all systems.
- Efficiently process referrals from clinicians and hospitals with urgency, manage incoming and outgoing faxes, ensuring prompt and accurate handling of all documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and clinicians to address daily clerical tasks, facilitating the seamless transmission of vital patient information for timely and accurate communication, ensuring effective care while maintaining clinical and field staff notes.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, necessary information to team members and management team to ensure accurate coordination of services and activities.
- Make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.
- Perform other related and assigned duties by the Administrative Lead.
