WHAT YOULL DO :
Be the Energy Hero : Visit homes to test diagnose and recommend upgrades that save energy and make life more
comfortable.
Take Charge : Manage housing projects from start to finishanalyze energy savings create work orders and coordinate contractors to get the job done.
Share the Knowledge : Teach homeowners energy-saving tips and tricks that can lower their bills and carbon
footprint.
Keep It Moving : Make sure tools equipment and vehicles are in tip-top shape and ready for action.

SKILLS TO WOW US :
A knack for understanding how homes are built and how to make them better.
Stellar communication skillsyou can chat with homeowners contractors and community leaders like a pro.
Tech-savvy enough to handle intermediate computer tasks with ease.
Great at juggling priorities and meeting deadlines without breaking a sweat.
The ability to oversee construction projects and ensure everythings up to code.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
1-2 years of post-secondary training in construction engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of experience OR a mix of education and experience that fits the bill.
A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
