Description :
We’re seeking a responsible and motivated Night Manager to lead a small team of 2–4 employees in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with mechanical skills who can lead by example and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations and team performance
- Perform oil changes, brake work, and learn alignment procedures
- Handle cash, operate register, and write repair orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for customers and technicians
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Use smartphone and computer systems for scheduling, orders, and communication
Hours : Noon to 8 PM, with rotating Saturdays
Pay : $15–$18 / hour based on experience
Bonus : Bonus potential after probationary period
