🕒  Schedule :  Monday–Friday, normal business hours

💼  Type :  On-site | 3-Month Contract (Potential to Extend or Convert)

💰  Pay Range :  $35-45 / hr (based on experience)

🔒  Pre-Employment Requirement :  Must be willing to submit to fingerprinting background  AND  drug screening

About the Role :

We’re hiring two Junior Systems Administrators to join a small, hands-on IT team supporting a healthcare tech company during a major transition. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with Mac systems, and being part of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide support for MacOS systems (95% of the environment)
• Respond to help desk tickets and troubleshoot user issues
• Set up and manage devices using Kandji (or JAMF)
• Support Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, etc.)
• Assist with AV equipment and basic infrastructure tasks
• Collaborate with senior team members and follow documented processes
• Learn from mistakes and grow in a dynamic environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00 / hr.
