Senior ServiceNow Developer

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support federal government clients with strong technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules

Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow configurations and custom development

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with agency mission goals and federal compliance standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with ITSM tool implementation, administration, and development

4+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including scripting and tool configuration

Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one

ITIL Foundations Certification and ServiceNow Application Developer Certification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
