A leading AmLaw100 firm with a standout antitrust practice is looking to add a midlevel associate (3+ years of experience) to its D.C. team. The group handles a mix of merger review, government investigations, and counseling for major corporate clients across industries.

Ideal candidates bring strong academic credentials, solid writing skills, and experience in antitrust work from private practice or DOJ Antitrust or the FTC. Prior exposire to merger review or HSR filings is especially valued.

This opening is a great fit for an attorney who wants substative client contact, a collaborative environment, and room to grow at the top of the market.
