Maintenance Mechanic

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanical professional. Familiar with Baking / Food Manufacturing machinery.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with flour and wheat food manufacturing environments. Working knowledge of automated conveyor systems, Acuview, JC Ford and Lawrence Baking Equipment.
• Ability to read, speak and write English so as to assimilate, retain, and apply training and knowledge of job functions and recognize and communicate problems and recommended solutions.
• Experience working with a CMMS
• Strong motor controls, electrical troubleshooting, and PLC skills.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical & electro - mechanical systems and practical knowledge of plant electrical / mechanical systems.
• Ability to analyze electro-mechanical devices, troubleshoot failures and implement repairs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical School Degree preferred
