About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse - ICU

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in an ICU setting

License : Active RN license

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification

Must-Have :

• Minimum of three years of experience in an ICU.
• Ability to float between critical care service lines, including ICU and step-down.

Description :

Conglomerate ICU unit with medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients.

Experience with TAVR, CABG, CVA, respiratory distress, TNK, GIB, DKA, CEA, sepsis, fem pop, thoracotomy, vent management, HFNC, TTM, IABP, Impella, CRRT, STEMI, HF, hypoxic respiratory failure, CHF, and pneumonia is required.

Candidates must be skilled in managing a variety of complex conditions and provide high-quality patient-centered care.

Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Commitment to teamwork and collaboration within the critical care team is crucial for success in this role.
