Work Schedule : 8 hour days

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour.

Sign-On Option : $2500 for 1-year; $5k for over a year experience

Relocation within 100 miles will be $3500; Out-of-state will be $6k

Minimum one year in direct patient care setting or home health care
