A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to support IT-based management solutions through clear documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to create and maintain project and system documentation
Produce deliverables and documentation in partnership with business unit leadership and associates
Translate technical source materials into user-friendly documentation without compromising accuracy
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in documenting processes and using flow diagramming tools
8+ years as a technical writer with experience in secure data processing and operational processes
5+ years of experience with data warehousing, Oracle Database, SQL, and related tools
3+ years of experience organizing and maintaining SharePoint
