This is a long-term assignment with an open need. We are looking for candidates who can start on either October 27, 2025 , or November 10, 2025 . Standard 13-week contracts are available, but we are also open to 20-week assignments. Rate for 40hours would differ. Shift and Schedule : This position involves a 4x10 or 4x12 Day / Evening rotation . The primary shift for this role will be evenings, with day shifts scheduled when not needed on evenings. 4x10 Shift Breakdown : Evening Shift : 1 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM (M, T, Th, F) and 9 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM (W) 4x12 Shift Breakdown : Evening Shift : 11 : 00 AM - 11 : 00 PM Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM (M, T, Th, F) and 9 : 00 AM - 9 : 30 PM (W) Other Scheduling Requirements : Includes two weeks of night shifts per contract. Requires at least two short calls every four-week schedule. Weekend shifts are required. For the 4x10 schedule, weekend shifts will be 12 hours, with other shifts adjusted to meet contracted hours. Responsibilities As a Certified Surgical Technician, you will be responsible for preparing the operating room, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available, and assisting the surgical team during procedures. You will be expected to work effectively across various specialties within the OR, demonstrating flexibility and a high level of technical skill. Qualifications Certification as a Surgical Technician is required. Proven experience in a hospital operating room setting. Ability to float between shifts and departments as needed. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Candidates must be reliable and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
