Home Office Data Entry Operator

$26.33 per hour  We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Home Office Data Entry Operator to join our team.

Key Objectives Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.

Maintain data quality and ensure consistency across records.

Support administrative and operational teams with timely data processing.

Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries.

Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols.

Responsibilities Input various types of data, including customer information, invoices, and reports, into designated software platforms.

Verify accuracy of data before and after entry to ensure high-quality records.

Organize and maintain electronic files and databases systematically.

Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve inconsistencies.

Perform routine checks and audits to maintain data integrity.

Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines.

Follow company policies regarding data privacy and security.

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.

Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
