Job Summary
The Vice President of Residential Treatment Services (Vice President of Residential Treatment Services) is responsible for the daily operations of the agency’s 24-hour treatment programs, including Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTF), Qualified Residential Treatment Programs (QRTP).
This role ensures that residential programs are effective and fiscally sound. The Vice President of Residential Treatment Services develops and implements both short- and long-term strategies that keep programs operating at high performance levels, prepared for growth or adaptation to community needs, and generating strong, self-sustaining revenue to support the agency’s mission and long-term success.
The Vice President of Residential Treatment Services is responsible for establishing and executing major goals and objectives for the organization, and for managing assigned parts of the operating plan and budget. This includes oversight of internal administration, supervision of personnel, and building / maintaining collaborative relationships with funders, businesses, regulatory and accrediting bodies, law enforcement, media, and other external partners.
This position oversees a large, multi-site array of residential programs and serves as a primary internal leader within the organization, allowing the SVP to focus on broader internal and external strategic initiatives.
The Vice President of Residential Treatment Services will lead, coach, develop, and retain KVC Missouri’s high-performance senior management team, with an emphasis on building capacity in strategic analysis, planning, program budgeting, and service excellence.
Education : Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
