KPMG is currently seeking a UI / UX Designer (Manager) to join our Audit Technology Alliance organization.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design of intuitive, effective, and user-centric experiences for our generative AI products, with a specialized focus on creating seamless Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows
• Collaborate closely with product managers, AI engineers, and audit professionals to translate complex user stories and technical requirements into elegant and practical design solutions
• Establish and champion a comprehensive design system, including best practices, UI patterns, and component libraries, to ensure a consistent, high-quality, and reliable user experience across the entire product suite
• Drive the product's user-centric evolution by conducting user research, leading usability testing sessions, and analyzing feedback to iteratively refine and enhance the human-agent interaction model
• Develop and own the end-to-end user journey map, ensuring every interaction is thoughtfully designed to align with the strategic vision of transforming and automating the audit process
• Provide hands-on creation of high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
