The Planner Full Price Retail is responsible for driving sales, margin, and inventory productivity across the full-price retail business. This role leverages data-driven analysis and cross functional collaboration to optimize inventory strategies, support in-season business needs and deliver premium retail experience. The Planner acts as a key business partner, balancing financial goals with consumer demand to maximize performance. This role partners closely with Buying, Allocation, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations to ensure strategic inventory management and financial planning that supports premium brand execution and commercial success.

Sales & Inventory Performance Management

• Analyze sales, inventory, and profitability across multiple levels (item, class, division, attribute) to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to maximize revenue, profitability, and inventory turn.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and performance goals.

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3-5 years of experience in Retail Planning, Merchandise Planning or related field and professional achievements.

Hiring Range : $73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
