Duration : 4 Month+ Contract

Pay Range : $45-$53

Overview : We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to lead the development, optimization, and execution of new offers within our customer loyalty and rewards program. This role will be instrumental in shaping compelling customer experiences that drive engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to design and launch new loyalty / rewards program offers.
• Analyze potential offer structures, assess feasibility, and develop implementation plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, analytics, finance, and operations.
• Document and present proposed plans with clarity and strategic insight.
• Continuously optimize offers based on performance data and customer feedback.
