Member Advisor - Full-time

Location : Downtown Jackson Branch (165 W. Michigan Ave. Suite 100, Jackson, MI 49201)

Pay : Starting at $16.85 / hour (or more depending on experience)

    • Schedule :

  • Flexible Hours : 36-40 hours / week

    • Monday - Friday shifts (starting as early as 8 : 00 am or ending around 6 : 00 pm)

  • Work up to 3 Saturdays a month (8 : 30 am - 2 : 30 pm)

    • Orientation & Training :

  • Orientation : 7 days of paid orientation at our main branch (1100 Clinton Road, Jackson, MI)
  • Training : 5 weeks of hands-on learning with an experienced Member Advisor to set you up for success

    • Your Role :

  • Process everyday banking transactions like deposits and withdrawals
  • Assist members with loan applications
  • Spot and prevent potential fraudulent activity
  • Share products and services that make life better for our members
  • Use multiple programs while staying compliant with regulations
