Sr. Data Analyst || W2 Only ||

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly analytical and technically strong Data Analyst with advanced skills in SQL, reporting tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) , and a deep ability to derive insights from complex data sets. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills , and a proven track record of supporting business decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries , stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Design, build, and manage interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI .
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to support analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Document processes, data definitions, and reporting logic for transparency and repeatability.
