Job Description

Job Summary

Seeking a Business Insurance Client Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing a book of business, handling policy changes, IDs, COI's, renewals, presentations, and more. This role reports to the Department Leader and requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.

Compensation Package

  • Salary : Up to $75,000
  • 401K : 7% match after 30 days
  • PTO : 15 days
  • Work Schedule : 3 onsite and 2 remote days after the first 90 days
  • Travel : Day trips with the producer (company car provided)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business with revenue between $500K-700K
  • Handle policy changes, IDs, COI's, renewals, and presentations
  • Quote new / renewal business as needed
  • Utilize software such as Sagitta and Imageright for daily tasks

    • Qualifications / Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong tenure, detail-oriented, and customer communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a professional environment
