Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Nurse with 3-5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will join a 250-bed Academic Community Hospital that has served the region for over 120 years. The facility is known for being the region's only designated Chest Pain Center and Certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in electronic health records.
• Assist in the coordination of patient care and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must possess all required certifications to start. This includes completing random drug screening and a Criminal Questionnaire / Consent Form. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting is required.
