Our client, an award-winning construction services company, is expanding operations and seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell services directly to residential customers through door-to-door canvassing .
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with a steady base salary + uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing
- Build rapport with customers and overcome objections confidently
- Track sales activity and manage leads using CRM tools
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after a job.
- Help homeowners navigate the insurance claim process.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Attend annual sales training and professional development events
Requirements :
Valid driver’s license.Ability to pass background check and MVR screeningMust be comfortable with canvassing and conducting in-person, door-to-door sales.Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs.1+ years of sales experience is preferred but not required.Our client offers :
