Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual wellness visits and health assessments for patients

Required Qualifications

Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner

Active Family Nurse Practitioner License

Exhibit high levels of professionalism, integrity, and compassion

Comfortable using technology for patient care coordination

Pass national background check and maintain valid clinical license
