Rheumatology physician job in Pennsylvania :

Locums York, Pennsylvania Area Rheumatologist Job (IMLC Welcome)

Clinical Role

Locum tenens opening

Seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible rheumatologist

Start date : January 1 onward

Responsibilities :

Office visits & video visits

APP supervision (full-time)

In-basket support (admin / clinical tasks)

Hospital consults : ~05 per month

After-hours calls : ~05 per month (mostly outpatient calls)

Call Schedule

Shared with APP (usually every other week)

Mostly outpatient calls

Rare hospital consults (often via EMR / phone, typically during office hours)

Shifts Per Month

1020 shifts

Schedule

Weekdays (MonFri) : 8 : 00a4 : 30p, then call 4 : 30p8 : 00a

Weekends (SatSun) : 24-hour call, 8 : 00a8 : 00a

APP shifts : 8 : 00a4 : 30p

Workload Info

Outpatients per day : 1216

Outpatients per night : 05

Procedures : Joint injections

EMR : EPIC
