Target Range : $68,640.00 / Yr. - $96,500.00 / Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target : 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target : 5% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi?annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Systems Manager must have a strong knowledge of financial services systems, financial crimes, BSA / AML, and market abuse typologies. The role requires a self?starter who is willing to work in ambiguous detail, having the ability to dissect and analyze large amounts of unstructured information to discern high?risk transactions indicative of Money Laundering / Terrorist Financing activity. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and system integrations
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non?technical stakeholders
• Design and implement technological and workflow solutions to strengthen AML controls
• Continuously improve processes across supported functions
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for optimization
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including transforming unstructured data into usable formats
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI, RAG (Retrieval?Augmented Generation), and agentic workflows
• Participate and prepare with the guidance of the AML Officer for regulatory examinations and audits
