Our client, a recognized leader in aerospace manufacturing, is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to support their production and engineering teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in a high-impact, precision-focused environment.

Job Title : Quality Assurance Technician

Location : Elkhart, IN

Pay Range : $ 20.00 / hour Raise to $20.75 / hr upon hire-in + opportunities for multiple raises each year

Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform in-process and final inspections of aerospace materials and components.
• Conduct quality control tests using standard measurement tools and techniques.
• Accurately complete and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation in accordance with aerospace standards such as AS9100.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection and gauging equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
