The Clinical Pharmacist in Oncology is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and cost-conscious pharmaceutical care for oncology patients. Clinical Pharmacist Specialists also serve as departmental resources and act as liaisons across hospital departments, interdisciplinary teams, and external organizations.
