EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We are seeking a high-potential Associate Consultant / Client Partner to join VirtuSense Technologies , a fast-growing healthtech company, and a 4X Deloitte Fast 500 award winner (2022-2025), using AI-powered sensor systems to prevent patient falls and improve safety across hospitals, skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care settings.

This role is ideal for early-career consultants (1–3 years) from top firms who want to move beyond strategy decks to drive real operational change at scale . As a Client Partner, you’ll own relationships with healthcare executives, use data to demonstrate ROI, and lead renewals, expansions, and cross-sells —all while helping redefine patient safety. Expect executive-level exposure, rapid responsibility, and measurable impact from day one.

ABOUT VIRTUSENSE TECHNOLOGIES

We build intelligent-care platforms that combine AI and edge sensors to monitor, predict, and coordinate care across acute and post-acute settings. Our deployments deliver meaningful fall reductions (including 80%+ at select sites) and fewer false alarms —helping care teams do more with less. Through our virtual nursing platform , centralized RNs manage admissions, discharges, transfers, and documentation, freeing bedside nurses for hands-on care.

If you thrive on turning complex healthcare operations into simple, scalable systems , you’ll fit right in.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a high-potential Associate Consultant / Client Partner to join our growing team. The Client Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and relationship owner for healthcare clients using our fall prevention platform—ensuring measurable outcomes, driving adoption, and leading renewals, cross-sells, and expansions across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and memory care communities.

The ideal candidate combines consulting-style analytical rigor, problem-solving discipline, and executive presence with strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills. This is a rare opportunity to move from strategy into execution—delivering tangible impact at the front lines of healthcare while building lasting client partnerships.
