Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents in long-term care settings. You will be responsible for :

• Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care under the supervision of registered nurses.
• Offering assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitoring vital signs and providing necessary support to meet both physical and emotional needs.
• Facilitating dining experiences, assisting residents with meals, and ensuring hydration.
• Documenting care provided, reporting any changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of resident spaces through housekeeping and laundry services.
• Encouraging resident participation in wellness and recreational programs.
