Overview : Prestige Staffing's client is a Managed Service Provider, providing a wide range of IT support and services to small to mid-size businesses. They are looking for a Help Desk Engineer with strong communication skills and a passion to technology to join their team and provide user, networking, and systems troubleshooting to their clients.

- Familiarity with VOIP protocol and SIP traffic configuration
- Understanding of firewall configurations, endpoint security, and intrusion detection systems

Compensation- $50,000-59,000 + bonus
